Channel drain in front of garage door. Homeowner has issue with rainwater
running down the slope of driveway and into garage. Channel drain rain water
diverted to drain tile to City storm water connection.

This is a cross section of underground drain tile used for downspout drainage.
This pipe is approximately 75% blocked. Unable to drain, water was overflowing
out of the pipe and down into the basement causing major flooding. The line was
replaced with underground grade PVC and the basement has been water free since.
A connection was made to the City storm sewer connection as well.
